One point perspective

A one-point perspective drawing means that the drawing has a single vanishing point on the horizon line. It doesn't matter if the horizon line is in the middle, because it is the line where the air touches the ground. If you are a bird, the horizon (also called the eye level) is lower because the bird is high in the sky. If you are an ant, the eye level is higher because the ant is low on the ground.

The purpose of a one-point perspective is to show that if you go further away the things become smaller.
