LINO CUT
Lino cut is a design or a form carved in something, usually in linoleum or in wood. There are 5 materials required and they are a sharp V-shaped knife called gouge or chisel, something like wood or linoleum, a roller (also called a brayer), a sheet of paper or fabric and ink.
The area that stays uncarved will become the reversal of your part that you will print / press on fabric or paper.
You can print by hand or with a special printer like an Albion or a Columbian press

My lino cut portraits
We had to make 4 lino cut portraits. Here you can see my three portraits. I also had a yellow one, but it was ruined so I threw it away.
